I build the systems behind founders who don't have time to build them.
I'm Chidinma Favour Ogbonnaya — founder of Mavenaide, executive assistant and brand manager to industry leaders, and mentor to the next generation of virtual assistant agency owners. Faith-led, delivery-obsessed, and allergic to chaos.
I didn't set out to build an agency. I set out to be so good at supporting other people's businesses that they never wanted to run them without me.
That instinct turned into Mavenaide — a virtual assistant agency placing vetted, trained VAs with US-based business owners who are done being the only ones holding their business together. It's what makes me effective as an executive assistant and brand manager for the leaders I work with directly, and what I now teach to VAs and aspiring agency owners building the same kind of business, from scratch, from Nigeria, for the world.

How a founder's instinct for order became an agency, a mentorship, and a way of working.
I didn't set out to build an agency. I set out to be so good at supporting other people's businesses that they never wanted to run them without me.
That instinct — for order, for follow-through, for making a founder's life lighter — is the whole story. It's what turned into Mavenaide, a virtual assistant agency placing vetted, trained VAs with US-based business owners who are done being the only ones holding their business together. It's what makes me an effective executive assistant and brand manager for the leaders I work with directly.
I build businesses to run without me in the room — and I teach others to build the same.
And it's what I now teach — to VAs and aspiring agency owners building the same kind of business I built, from scratch, from Port Harcourt, for clients across the world.
I'm also a wife, a mother of two, and a woman of faith. Those aren't separate from the work — they shape how I lead a team, how I show up for clients, and how I talk to the women I mentor about building something real without losing themselves in it. That tension, and how I hold it, is a lot of what I speak and mentor on.
Work With Me →Build the agency, not just the freelance hustle.
A cohort-based mentorship for VAs and aspiring agency owners who are ready to go from taking clients one at a time to running a real, staffed business.
This is the path I walked — taught step by step
Most VAs plateau at the same wall: they're excellent at the work but have never built the business around it. This mentorship exists to close that gap — positioning, pricing, client acquisition, systems, and eventually, a team.
Delivered in cohorts, currently enrolling for the next round.
- 01Finding and closing your first (or next) high-value clients without relying on marketplaces
- 02Pricing your services like an agency, not a freelancer
- 03Building SOPs and systems that let you delegate instead of doing it all yourself
- 04Hiring, training, and managing your own team of VAs
- 05Positioning your brand so clients come to you
Built for the doer, not the dreamer
- — Working VAs ready to build an agency
- — Aspiring agency owners starting from zero
- — Africa-based professionals serving international clients
- — Anyone tired of freelancing without a system
The honest version of building a business behind the scenes.
I speak to rooms that want the real story of founder-led entrepreneurship — not the highlight reel.
What I bring to the stage or the panel
Every talk is grounded in what I've actually built — an agency, a mentorship, a brand — not theory borrowed from someone else's business.
- —Building support systems that scale — how to stop being the bottleneck in your own business
- —Leading remote & distributed teams — managing across time zones without losing quality or culture
- —Faith, motherhood & ambition — doing serious, demanding work without losing your faith or your family
- —Building from Africa, for the world — running a globally-facing business from Port Harcourt
Flexible to your event
- — Keynotes
- — Panels
- — Fireside chats
- — Workshops & masterclasses
- — Podcast guest appearances
For the founder who needs it handled, not explained.
Hands-on executive assistant and brand management support for leaders who need their operations and client-facing brand run by someone who thinks like an owner.
Where I plug in
I work directly with a small number of founders and executives as an extension of their team — not a task-taker, a second brain for the parts of the business that can't drop.
- 01Executive & operations support — inbox, calendar, follow-through on the things that actually move the business
- 02Brand & content management — keeping your voice consistent across every channel
- 03Systems & SOP build-out — documenting how the business runs so it doesn't live in your head
- 04Client & vendor communications — handled with the tone and care you'd bring yourself
Built for founders, not committees
- — US-based founders & executives
- — Growing past DIY operations
- — Want a dedicated partner, not a shared VA
- — Value discretion and follow-through
